**Where to put this stuff:
  qData.exe, qReg.exe, qGif.exe qWeb.exe are stand-alone executables.
  A nice place to put all of them is a "c:\q32" directory.
  another decent place is the "system32" directory or a "bin" directory.

**Versions:
  Executing any program with the "-version" switch should get you a version number.

**Editing "The path":
  Its good to put the directory you put them in the "path".
  Do this by going to the control-panel and using the "System" control.

**Resistered Users:
  The docs/ directory contains .doc files in Microsoft Word format.  Please 
  send alternate format requests to "support@q32.com"

  The libs/ directory contains .dll, .lib and .h files for advanced VB/C++ programmers.

  The perl/ directory contains some usefull perl scripts.  A sample "qgif.pl" file is 
  included for your leisure-time reading. Also "cgi.pm" and "decode.pl" are minimalist 
  libraries for simplifying cgi scripts.  For more feature-riddled libraries try
  http://www.activestate.com/

**Other Help:
  Executing any program with the "-help" switch should get you some simple usage info.
  Also, our website contains some useful samples.

**"Help, I can't get this darned batch file to work!"
