you can use this to email a file on NT or 95 to a user or a list of users

you can batch-email, send mail in response to a system event, etc.
all the code was written in Visual C++ *without* the MFC (that's why it's small/fast).

Example of how-to-use

qmail erik@q32.com "Here's some file:" somefile.txt _

the default timeout value is set to 60 seconds, if you have a potentially slow connection,
you may want to supply a "/time=" parameter
furthermore....

the third argument can be the actual message, rather than a file, eg: 'actual-message
